| 1 | At the time a place is accepted the following MUST be received by the
Headmistress:
(a) ACCEPTANCE FEE (non-refundable) £25.00. (This is an administrative charge per pupil). (b) DEPOSIT of one-third of the first term’s tuition fees (held
against first term’s schooling).

ALL FORMS OF DEPOSIT are payable on demand and will be forfeited where
an accepted place has not been taken up.
|
| 2 | Fees payable shall be those laid down from time to time by the Board
of Governors.
|
| 3 | Accounts MUST be paid in accordance with the school’s instalment fee
plan by 10 monthly or 3 termly direct debit payments ONLY and this is a
condition of acceptance.

| 4 | A full term’s notice in writing given prior to the first day of the
ensuing term, or payment of a term’s fees in lieu is required if a pupil
is to be removed from the school.
|
| 5 | A full term’s notice in writing or payment of a term’s fees in lieu
is required of the intention to discontinue extras.
|
| 6 | Fees cannot be returned for absence, whatever the circumstances.
|
| 7 | All pupils are required to accept the School’s code of conduct and
standard of behaviour whether or not they are on the school premises.
|
| 8 | The Headmistress reserves the right to require the removal of any pupils
whose conduct or work is so unsatisfactory as to be prejudicial to the
interests of other pupils. The balance of fees for the term during
which the removal occurs will not be refunded.

| 9 | The School accepts no responsibility for the personal effects of pupils
whilst attending the School. Insurance of such effects rests with
parents. The same applies for items remaining on school premises
after a pupil has left.
|
| 10 | The School Medical Officer/Nurse has an unlimited right to inform a pupil’s parents or guardian and the Headmistress of confidential information about the pupil if they consider it is in the pupil’s own interests or necessary for the protection of other pupils that they should do so. |
